My name is Jerry Lee, and I’m a user-centered design professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in consumer, SaaS, and enterprise software development. My design decisions are grounded in data, user needs, and business objectives. 

In my recent work, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats and lead diverse, impactful projects and also lead some really amazing teams. These include optimizing federal HR processes, developing AI-driven bots to enhance team communication, anomaly detection, automating escalations and risk analysis, and creating dashboards that empower managers and executives to make informed decisions. I’ve also worked extensively on compliance and tracking systems, finance and reporting applications, Section 508/Accessibility, and business intelligence (BI). Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting with GenAI, traveling, photography, designing, building and flying drones, and playing video games with the kids.
